I've spent the last few years coaching product managers through job searches — over 350 sessions across different backgrounds, experience levels, and target companies. Some were breaking into PM for the first time, but most were experienced PMs going after senior IC or leadership roles at larger companies.
What I focus on is the full picture: the interview strategy, the application approach, and the mindset — because those three things are usually more connected than people expect. A few of the testimonials below mention confidence as much as they mention structure, and that's not a coincidence.

If your application looks like a fit, I'll reach out to schedule a 20-minute call. No pressure — we're both figuring out if it makes sense to work together.

If we move forward, we start. If I don't think I'm the right fit, I'll say so clearly — and I'll try to point you somewhere useful regardless.
